ORDER ADDRESSING CARE
Peter Thomas Roth ships all orders to the address provided at the time of checkout. To prevent delivery issues, please ensure that the shipping details entered are accurate and complete.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office.
In that case, the recipient must collect the parcel within 7 consecutive days. Failure to do so will result in the parcel being returned to Peter Thomas Roth. Should you wish to have the item reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
Delivery attempts and the location of the holding post office will be available through the tracking link provided by the courier.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Peter Thomas Roth is not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses. As per postal service guidelines, if the address is invalid or missing essential details, the parcel will be returned to us and no further delivery attempts will be made.
In such cases, refunds are not issued. To resend the package, a £15 fee (which includes shipping and handling) will be required.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once payment is confirmed, the order will undergo preparation — including selection, packing, and dispatch — within this timeframe.
TRACKING CODE AND DISPATCH TIMEFRAME
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 7 business days of your order being processed.
Please be aware that for international shipments, tracking updates may only appear once the package is in transit. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the tracking information to become available on the courier’s website.

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 20 business days.
